MICROSOFT LOOP
Microsoft Loop is a new feature on Office 365. It helps teams collaborate and create together. The loop components allow you to work together on (task)lists, tables, or notes in a chat, email, or documents. Microsoft loop is used on smaller project. It allows you to create an interactive component and works in real time. It takes 24 hours for it to be activated. Requirements The Loop app requires Exchange Online license for each user. If not, users will experience failures in the Loop app, be unable to create new Loop workspaces, will not receive notifications or signals when users collaborate and update, and other experiences may also fail.

Loop has three main elements:
· Loop components: It allows you to gather and organize all your files, content, ideas for a project.
· Loop pages act as the hub where everything can be placed and pages embedded, which can then link through to other pages or components.
· Loop workspaces: It’s a shared spaces that allow the Team work on project together and enables one sees what everyone is working on and track progress toward shared goals.
HOW TO ENABLE MICROSOFT LOOP
There are two ways to create the group. You can create a dynamic security group, which can be populated with user accounts via queries, or you can create a static security group.
- Sign into Azure portal with a Global administrator or User administrator role.
- Select Azure Active Directory.
- Select Groups and click on new group.
- On the New Group page, under Group type, select Security. Enter a Group name and Group description for the new group.
- Add users under membership and add owners.
- Select Create on the New group page to create the group. Creating a Cloud Policy
- Login into https://config.office.com with your administrator account and
- choose Customization · Click on Policy Management · Create to create a new policy configuration in your tenant.
- select This policy configuration applies to users in the specified group. · Select the Azure AD security group that contains the users you want to enable the Loop app for.
- Under configuration settings, search for Create and view loop files in Loop, enable the configuration.
- Click Apply
- Click Next and create.
Overall, Microsoft Loop is a useful tool for team collaboration and organization. However, it requires an Exchange Online license for each user in order to function properly. The loop components, loop pages, and loop workspaces allow for easy gathering and organization of project files and ideas, while enabling team members to work together in real time. To enable Microsoft Loop, one can create a dynamic or static security group and create a cloud policy to apply the loop configuration to the selected group.
